We all know that the right product can change your life. It can save you time, save you money, save your confidence, and save you from aches and pains. That’s what my top 5 products below do. Treadly:
Treadly is an under-the-desk treadmill that is a definite game changer. Personally, it saves my sanity and focus while I spend hours at the desk for my day job and while pursuing my PhD. Treadly helps me stay active throughout the day, so I am mentally and physically at my best. It’s the favorite of what I’ve tried so far. Great customer service, easy set-up and operation, quiet too. I walk about 2-2.5 hours a day accumulated.
Hypervolt:
Hyperovolt is a self-massage tool that is quieter and cheaper than the Theragun original. I bought mine years ago and have never once regretted it. It helps spread out the time between massage appointments and was even endorsed by the physical therapist I used to have to see. (He’s so good, I graduated out!). This may be more popular with the fitness/routine workout crowd, but really anyone would benefit (ask your doc first if you have chronic conditions or an injury, though). It improves blood and oxygen circulation, releases muscle tension, and improves range of motion. All of these can be impacted by long hours at a desk or standing, not just from workouts.
Overtone:
Overtone is a home hair coloring line of products that is brunette and curl-friendly. And also straight-as-a-board hair friendly. They have a range of colors so you can do everything from cover a few grays to rainbow it up, without wrecking your hair or your budget. Even my stylist gave it a thumbs up! I love their no-color conditioning hair mask too!
R+F:
Obviously I have to mention R+F. Not just because I sell it. I sell it because I have experienced and witnessed its transformative effects. It’s a dermatology-based skincare company that offers at-home solutions to the most common skin frustrations, face and body. Because it’s problem-solving focused rather than cosmetic, you start by taking a quick online consult so you know exactly what the founding dermatologists would recommend for your needs. Salad Chopper:
This guy brings the Chopt restaurant to your home (obviously the ingredients are not included). It’s an easy and quick way to prep a gigantic salad for a single family meal or a week of meal prepped lunches. Just toss all your salad fixings in the dish and chop away. Because it’s all being chopped together, you won’t have to worry about tossing later either!

A weighted, heatable neck wrap. I use one daily and have for years. I have one for the office and one for home. I started using it to help recover from upper-body workouts when I had to go straight from the gym to work. But increasingly, I find I use them to help me mentally and physically ease workday tensions.
Angry Mama. I’m not crazy about the name but I really benefit from the product. It makes cleaning the microwave a snap!
