Digital media are a tool just like โ€œtraditionalโ€ media are a tool. You can use it to bring you down or lift you up. Here are a few of my favorite social accounts and newsletters to help you boost your confidence, elevate your thinking, and upgrade your life:

Her social media accounts include bite size lessons/tips pulled from her work to remind you to empower yourself (and teach you how). https://www.susandavid.com/#book

    BONUS TIP:

Find your tribe via FaceBook groups. Think of a hobby and search FaceBook for a group. You are bound to find one! And if you donโ€™t, start one. Your tribe is out there! You are not alone. If you cannot connect in-person, find connection and support digitally.
Digital media has its negatives, but so does traditional media. Both are tools, learn how to use the tool of digital media to build the world you want to live in.
