2-Step Shrimp Stir-Fry to Save Time, Money, & Calories

Why pay for take-out or delivery when you can toss shrimp and a bag of frozen stir-fry veggies in a pan, add some of the most delicious seasoning and whip up your own stir fry in less time and with fewer calories?

1) Spray your pan with cooking spray.

2) Dump a bag of frozen (or non-frozen) shrimp and a bag of frozen stir-fry veggies in a pan. Play with the ratio of shrimp to veggies based on preference.
