Two-Ingredient Healthy Dinner for When You're Tired & Hangry
You know when you’re exhausted, hangry, too tired to cook, don’t want to pay (or wait) for takeout, and want to be healthy?
Yeah me too. Here’s what I do:
1) Dump a bag of Cauliflower Rice in a bowl. It’s cool if it’s frozen (no pun intended).
2) Microwave it until it’s hot.
3) Dump some Clint’s Texas Salsa (or whatever brand you love) into the rice. (Add to taste).
4) Heat it up some more if needed.
5) Eat & be happy.
Options:
1) You can add some extra hot sauce if you like it really spicy.
2) You can add lean ground turkey, lean ground chicken, or lean ground beef to the mix for protein. (Obviously cooked, that’s where weekend meal-prep comes in handy).
