Thank Your Air Fryer for This Restaurant-Worthy Chicken Dinner

Throw the chicken breasts and asparagus in the air fryer and let it work its magic! Dinner will be ready before you get your bra off and lounge wear on! Ok maybe not quite that fast, but you get the idea.

Ingredients

1) Boneless, skinless chicken breast

2) Asparagus stalks, rinsed

3) Maple Mesquite Seasoning from The Spice House (or your favorite chicken seasoning)

4) Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

1) Season the chicken breasts with the Maple Mesquite Seasoning or your favorite seasoning.

2) Depending on the size of the breasts, you might want to butterfly them so they cook through more quickly. Here’s how to do that.

3) Line the air fryer basket with the proper parchment paper. Air Fry the chicken breast for 15-20 minutes at 370F, or until cooked through. The USDA recommends chicken be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F. Here’s more on proper cooking temps and times.

4) Remove, cover, and keep warm while you grill the asparagus on the grill rack for your air fryer. This should take about 7-10 minutes at 370F.

5) Plate, season the asparagus with salt & pepper to taste, and voila.

6) Eat & be happy.

Options:

1) This chicken goes great with last week’s side dish, too!

2) Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the asparagus.

3) You can steam the asparagus or roast it in the oven too.
