The Society of Consulting Psychology's 2025 Annual Conference, themed "Collaboration, Community and Common ground," will take place in Charleston, South Carolina on February 7-8, 2025. This conference offers consulting psychologists an opportunity to learn together and from others about working with organizations, leaders, and teams to help them discover their future potential, while addressing the effects of polarization.

I will discuss what we know and don’t know about creating evidence-based interventions to address burnout at the individual and organizational-levels, challenges with measures not in the public domain, and opportunities to create scaleable interventions based on public-domain tools.
