CHANGE CHAOS
We take the emotions out of change.
For leaders of professional services companies, Rachel Boehm Consulting is the expert on the emotional toll of high-stakes change. She works with clients to adjust how people naturally respond to change, which blocks progress, freeing leadership to communicate effectively and move their teams forward to achieve their KPIs.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
I had brain surgery in December 2021. I didn't have burnout in the traditional sense, but had all the characteristics of it. And I needed ways to do things differently to get my productivity and focus back to the level it was before surgery. I happened to mention something offhand to Rachel and while we were talking I realized that she would be the person to help me achieve my goals. I wasn't wrong. And the interesting thing is she probably already knew she could help me before we had that conversation. She didn't push and she was ready to start as soon as I was.
I know how important a good coach is because coaching is part of what I do. I have high expectations for coaches and some fall short. Rachel is an amazing coach. She sees past the surface to get to the root cause of behaviors or situations. This is an incredible skill.
I'm so glad that I hired her. And if you're asking why I needed her services if I do coaching. Plainly put...because sometimes even a coach needs a coach.
